Medical Publishing: This is a brief overview of a medical publishing application.
The content manager has the control to add co-workers, subject matter experts, contractors or other collaborators to a specified project using their email address. Once these individuals have been added they can login to the system using their email and password provided by the manager.
Various types of media ranging from documents to videos can be uploaded directly to the site for review by the team. Each individual can add comments or assign tasks to be completed.
Video and presentation content has timecodes included to aide in the editing or scripting process while documents and images can be marked up and added to suggest changes that should be made to this material.
Items requiring work are signified by a red light to show which are in development while tasks that are completed and up for review are displayed by a yellow light. Once an asset has been completed and approved by the team it is distinguished by a green light.
This color system enables a manager to quickly glance at a project with many pieces and determine what has been completed and what remains to be accomplished.
Tasks can be assigned and emailed to anyone who has been added to the project and the progress of each stakeholder can be tracked to see who has completed their assignments and who needs to be sent a reminder.

Tells you what timecode point every comments is made, who made it what date and time of day.
